Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Web Maestro Technologies, we strive to deliver high-quality digital solutions and ensure client satisfaction. However, as our services are digital and custom in nature, our refund policy is structured as follows:
1. Service-Based Refunds
We may collect the following types of information:
- Web Design & Development: Once the initial design concepts are approved or development work has started, refunds will not be issued.
- Digital Marketing / SEO Services: Due to the nature of these services, no refunds will be provided for monthly or ongoing retainers once work has commenced
- Domain & Hosting: These services are billed annually and are non-refundable once purchased or renewed.
2. Cancellation
- Projects can be canceled by providing written notice before work begins. In such cases, a 20% administrative fee may apply.

If a project is canceled after work commencement, only the unutilized portion of the service (if any) will be considered for partial refund, subject to management approval.
Cancellations should be done within 7 days
3. Payment Gateway Fees
All payments are processed securely via third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Paytm, CCAvenue, etc.). Any transaction or gateway processing fees are non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days to the original payment method used.
