- Payments for services must be made as per the agreed proposal or invoice.

- Any payment information shared during transactions is handled by the payment gateway’s secure system; we do not store your card details.
3. Project Timelines
Project delivery timelines are estimates and depend on client cooperation, content delivery, and approvals. Delays in client response may extend the project duration.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and complete information, including text, images, and credentials required for project execution. The client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided does not infringe on copyright or other third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
- All materials developed by Web Maestro Technologies remain our property until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of website files, designs, and other agreed deliverables will be transferred to the client.
- We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Payments made up to the date of termination are non-refundable, except as covered under our Refund Policy.
